Refund Policy

●If item(s) you have received are broken or have some damages, please contact us by e-mail within 30 days after receiving your order and attach the photos of the damaged item(s).
●After receiving the item(s), contact us within 30 days. Refund will be given as money back.
●We do not compensate order(s) that were damaged by the local post.
●Custom might open the box if needed.
●Customer will borne for return shipping, incase there is no proper/acceptable reason for return.
Note: If 30 days have passed after the item(s) arrived, we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges for any reason.

Return/Replacement of Non-defective or Undamaged Items
-Unopened and Unused: Full amount of the item(s) will be refunded.
-Opened: no refund.
The items are considered opened in the following cases:

-Manufacture's packaging is open or damaged.
-Item is packaged in a way to intentionally cause damage to the item.
-Price tag is removed.
-Plastic cover is opened.
-Item shows sign of wear from use.

Return/Replacement of Defective or Damaged Items
Full amount of the item(s), including Shipping fees will be refunded. Replacement is also accepted.
