If your item arrives damaged, please contact us by email within 30 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item(s).

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds will be issued as money back once we receive the returned item.
  • We cannot compensate for damages caused by the local postal service.
  • Please note that customs authorities may open packages for inspection if required.
