◁This soup contains Vitamin B12 and an ideal amino acid balance and uses plenty of freshwater clams.
◁The main ingredient is fresh clam extract from Lake Shinji, and domestic oyster extract and yeast extract are also blended, and seafood extracts such as scallops and bonito are added to create a consomme type.
◁It has a light taste and is easy to drink even after drinking alcohol, and you can easily take about 80 clam extracts per meal.
