Shipping & Import Policy

Taxes & Duties

  • Customers are responsible for any taxes, customs duties, or import fees charged by their local government.
  • These charges are not included in item prices or shipping costs.
  • Please check with your country’s customs office before purchasing.

Important Update – U.S. Shipping Policy (DDP)
Starting Nov 18, 2025, all shipments to the United States will be sent under a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) arrangement.
This means:

  • No duties or taxes will be charged to customers.
  • No notifications or payment requests will be sent by DHL or FedEx.All required
  • import fees will be pre-paid by us, ensuring a smooth and seamless delivery experience.

Order Cancellations & Returns

  • Orders can only be canceled before shipment.
  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or incorrect.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • DHL Express 3–6 business days
  • FedEx International 6–12 Business Days
  • Standard Shipping (Japan Post EMS): 7–15 business days
  • Economy Shipping (Japan Post International e-Packet, under 2 kg): approx. 1 month (2–3 months for Russia)
  • Surface Mail (Japan Post): 1–2 months

Delays

  • Shipments may be delayed due to customs clearance or global shipping disruptions.
  • Shipping services may sometimes be suspended without prior notice.

Delivery Requests

  • Specific delivery dates or times cannot be guaranteed for international orders.

Customs Clearance

  • Shipments may be held by local customs for extended periods.
  • Dietary supplements are sometimes mistaken for medicinal products, which can cause delays.

Order Processing

  • Orders are shipped within 2 business days after payment clears (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Orders placed on Fridays or before national holidays are processed by 12:00 pm JST; all others are processed the next business day.

Upon Delivery

  • Please check the condition of your package as soon as it arrives.

  • We respond to all inquiries during business hours: 9:00–18:00 JST, Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays).
